Two or three details are enough to start: category, quantity, and intended use. We can refine cover treatment, insert cards, packaging, and replenishment after the first review.
For the fastest response, include the audience receiving the products, the preferred notebook or paper format, any brand treatment under consideration, and the date when the first shipment needs to be available. If the program is still early, rough numbers are acceptable. A range such as 500 to 1,000 notebooks for onboarding, or 12 classroom kits for an art course, gives the team enough context to recommend a cleaner product path.
When a request involves multiple departments, note which groups need different formats. Corporate training may require large ruled notebooks, design teams may need sketchbooks, and client gifting may call for a more refined cover and pen pairing.
